 如何控制近視加深?

21889590_ml_Fotor 在香港,小學一年級學生約有 18.3% 近 視,而到小學畢業時,比率已急升到約 61.5% ,21-30 歲的成人更高達84.7%。近視的度數會隨著年齡而增加,到大約20歲才穩定下來。

近視600度以上是深度近視。隨着近視度數愈深,患上眼病的機會也越大。深近視人士患上視網脫落的風險比5.00度近視以下的人士高212倍,白內障的風險比無近視的人高7.8倍,青光眼的風險比無近視的人高4.6倍。有41%的深近視人士會出現黃斑病變。

傳說古時的中國人睡覺時在眼睛上放上沙包來阻止近視加深。傳說的可信性不得而知,但這方法很類似現代的角膜矯形術。

不過無論你用什麼方法,控制近視,應從生活開始。

每日有 1- 2 小時的戶外活動
近代的研究發現,小朋友越多戶外活動,近視加深得越慢。數據顯示,父母有近視的小朋友,如每星期少於5小時的戶外活動,患上近視之機會高達60%可是香港大部份的小朋友都忙於功課和補習,戶外活動時間嚴重不足。outdoor2


良好坐姿,充足的光線
在動物身上的研究証實,昏暗的環境會引致近視。所以家中工作或閱讀時光線一定要足夠。我們建議看書或做功課時最好有 400-500 lux 左右的燈光。homework3
